About Our Support Group
This is a support
group for people with ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelopathy / Chronic
Fatigue Syndrome) and Fibromyalgia. Our group meets on the

driveway entrance coming from Fairview Road. Then look for the separate brick building beyond the parking
lot (Charles Little Activity Building). We meet in the Parlor. Look for
signs on the building door and the room door.

* * * * * Participants Wanted for Study of Fibromyalgia in KidsHunter-Hopkins Center in Charlotte is embarking on a study of Lyrica ™ (pregabalin) in adolescents with fibromyalgia. We need your help. If you have an adolescent at home or know an adolescent (ages 12-16) that would be willing to participate in this study, PLEASE contact the research coordinator, Wendy, at 704 543 9692. Freedom Circle
Charlotte Fibromyalgia Freedom Circle (CFFC) is a wellness support group
for people who want to get relief from the frustration of dealing with the
daily discomforts and challenges of chronic illness. We guide and support
you to understand how living more positively and peacefully results in
greater wellness.
We are committed to creating an open, accepting, peaceful and confidential space for you to express your experiences, challenges, successes, gratitudes and witicisms. The Circle meets at Myers Park United Methodist Church, 1501 Queens Road, Charlotte NC 28207, starting at 6:45, generally on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Chronic Illness Support Group - Free
Arthritis Services This group offers a Fibromyalgia support group with monthly meetings the third Wednesday of each month. The meetings are held at Arthritis Services, 500 E. Morehead Street, Suite 320 at 1PM. If you need more information, you can contact Arthritis Services at 704-331-4878
